NEITHER CAN OUR MEMBERSHIPS

  1. Members seeking cancellation must provide written notice through our online membership cancellation form.
  2. Stoppage of membership payments will occur 30 days from the date a cancellation request is received. Benefits will expire 30 days after the last payment was made.
  3. Membership benefits are provided for active and in-good-standing members only. Benefits cannot be utilized if membership is past due or frozen.
  4. Membership benefits cannot be shared.
  5. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  6. Members are responsible for any charges incurred from incorrect card information.
  7. If membership credits stack, customers can use them for other services of equal or lesser value.
  8. A 2-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a $20 No-Show Fee.
  9. Memberships will be suspended during any month that a charge is not valid after the second draft attempt.
  10. Members have the entire length of each billing cycle to use their services. Benefits such as 1x or 2x monthly services roll over from month-to-month and never expire unless membership is terminated.
  11. Members can apply a membership credit for another service of equal or lesser value.
  12. Members can use their membership at any Bazooka Charlie’s location; however, the visiting location may charge a guest fee of up to $20, at its sole discretion.
  13. Bazooka Charlie's Barber Co. reserves the right to change membership rules, regulations, and pricing with a 30-day notice.
  14. Members receive a 20% discount on any additional service and a 15% discount on all retail products.
  15. Bazooka Charlie's Barber Co. has a "No Refund Policy" on memberships.
